Carvao is a modern and unique style of Brazilian Steak House. The owner, born in the south of Brazil, comes from the birthplace of the Churrasco. He has taken all the traditions of Brazilian Churrascarias and combined it into a trendsetting dining experience.

Your dining experience begins with standard appetizers of Pão de queijo, fried banana, and polenta served tableside.  Next comes our 18 cuts of meats. Our gauchos take pride in perfecting the meat to your desired temperature. The way you like it! At Carvao we serve our meats “Rodizio” style.  Gauchos bring the meats to your table on skewers and with a flip of the yes or no card , you can eat as much or as little as you like.

Accompanying this is our gourmet salad bar with over 60 items. Including imported cheese, cold cut meats, salmon, hot traditional Brazilian side dishes, and don’t forget to try our famous Lobster Bisque Soup.

While dining, enjoy a drink from our full bar.  A Brazilian favorite is the Caipirinha, made with Cachaça (sugar cane rum), sugar, and lime.  We also offer an extensive wine list, including imports and dessert wines.

Lastly, end your night with an espresso and one of our delicious desserts.
